Mrs. Zöller saved the barbecue for me !! Thank you We made the mistake and didn't order our sparkling wine directly from Zöller, but from WirWinzer online. This is definitely not recommended !! The only thing that WirWinzer does is to send the invoice on time. No response to 3 emails and a personal call to clarify when I will be given a delivery time. During my phone call, the employee assured me that she would personally ensure that we receive our sparkling wine on time (ordered on May 5th, so delivery should actually be possible by May 18th). Of course, nobody from WirWinzer took care of it! That seems to be the normal procedure there, see bad reviews on Trustedshops. Unfortunately, I checked the site too late. It wasn't until my third email, in which I also put the Weinhaus Zöller in cc as a precaution, that something happened. The only one who immediately took care of me and contacted me by phone was Ms. Zöller !! She has assured me that she will take care of it immediately and pull out all the stops that we get our sparkling wine for the barbecue on time. One woman, one word !!!! On May 17th we received our 12 bottles of sparkling wine on time and can now enjoy the delicious Zöller sparkling wine together with our guests. I called Ms. Zöller and thanked her! The family-run wine and guest house Zöller is highly recommended and if it were possible I would give even more stars. Here the customer is really king! PS: The ZÖLLER’S ROSÉ SECCO sparkling wine is also highly recommended

Long-established family business. Home cooking, for many years with consistent quality. Without glutamate and yeast extract. Cosiness by very nice people.

We spent a long weekend with friends at the Zöller family and loved it. Our room was small but functional, clean and comfortable. We had a balcony facing the inner courtyard, which was furnished with chairs and tables and which can be shared with the neighboring room. We especially liked the lovingly prepared breakfast, the always friendly staff and members of the Zöller family. Dinner from the menu was also excellent.

A modern family run wine and guesthouse. From the typical home cooking, over Palatine specialties, to vegetarian dishes you will find everything here. Fair prices, great atmosphere, nice service. The "beer garden" invites you to linger or to a small "bicycle box stop". We also recommend a wine tasting. Best regards from the Moselle

Very nice and warm family and a pleasant atmosphere. The wines are very good, the food in the restaurant also at still civilian prices. A wine tasting is a must. The rooms are clean and tidy. A weekend here is always worth a trip. We will be back!!
